The brief
Chiropractic clinics run on a mess of disconnected tools — a paper diary, a generic booking widget, spreadsheets for memberships, a separate card terminal. Our founding customer, a multi-site clinic group in London, wanted the opposite: one system that ran the whole clinic. We started from a blank repository in a domain we knew cold — and because the platform is multi-tenant with strict data isolation from day one, onboarding tenant #100 cost roughly what tenant #2 did.

- Session-based memberships, balances, and UK-correct invoicing
